All Animus training is designed specifically and exclusively to meet the needs of veterinary practices. We provide training in the areas of client care, reception skills, marketing and sales, PR and practice promotion, staff management and supervisory skills, motivation, and appraisal.
All our training workshops are led by facilitators, with many years expertise in the veterinary market and all delegates receive comprehensive course notes and certificates. Our aim is to give delegates a pragmatic action plan that they can implement following the course. All our training includes:
